Cheese & Caramelised Onion Toastie

It’s pretty hard to get a cheese toastie wrong. Big Melt’s version is tasty, filling, and made all the better by a generous dash of the Henderson’s Relish available at their sauce station. While a little on the expensive side for a fairly basic sandwich, it’s enough on its own to fill you up during the lunch interval.
