Halloumi Wrap

Dryness is for drinks and, even then, it’s pretty horrible. Dryness is not for halloumi wraps, but try telling that to the people behind the imaginatively named Greek Food Truck. Their offering consists of bone dry breaded halloumi accompanied by an entire onion chopped into rough chunks, all encased in a wrap that tastes like it’s made from an appetising combination of sand and horticultural grit. As well as dangerously dehydrating you, this crime against Greece’s culinary culture will cost you £13. Truly awful.
