Katsu Fries

The Aviva’s attempt to jazz up chips and curry sauce, by adding Katsu to the name but not the flavour, is fine. The helping of sauce could be more generous, but what’s there tastes pretty good. The fries adeptly walk the tightrope between too crunchy and too soggy. The spring onions scattered on top are a nice addition. You probably won’t remember much about them by the final whistle, but they’ll fill you up at a reasonable price.
