Sweet Potato Chaat

Vegetarian Rasoi is one of the best concession stands at Trent Bridge and is certainly worth a visit. However, the sweet potato chaat is far from their greatest offering. The flavours are pretty good, but the ratios are off. The volume of potato is too much for each bite to be accompanied by the pleasing mixture of textures and flavours offered by the other ingredients and sauces. It’s also pricy for what you get, and this stall offers much better dishes at a similar price.
